Beaver Area School District | Natatorium

Massaro CM Services served as construction manager for the Phase 4 project. This project included work at Dutch Ridge Elementary, College Square Elementary and the Middle/High School.

The two elementary schools received minor interior renovations. Most of the Phase IV project was the demolition and reconstruction of the competition sized pool and major renovations to the natatorium’s exterior wall and the construction of a plaza.

McLean Architects led Phase 4 project's architecture and design services. Tower Engineering (MEP), Wallover Architects (Aquatic Consultants), and PVE Engineers (Structural) were retained by McLean Architects as their consultants on the project.
